Get an idea of the role
In this role, you will play a key role in identifying, analysing and investigating potential cases of fraud across our operations. You will investigate suspicious activity, disputed cases and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that cases are handled with accuracy and urgency.
Your focus areas will include:
Conduct detailed investigations and compile evidence for internal and external reporting
Recommend process improvements to strengthen fraud prevention and detection controls
Build detailed and accurate documentation of all investigations
Review and analyze patterns, transactions and account activity in order to detect and connect fraudulent patterns
Prepare summary reports and present findings to our legal department
Oversee and improve fraud investigation frameworks and governance

You are structured, analytical, and confident in understanding and summarizing large amount of information. You take accountability of your work and want to drive your space to success. You have a strong sense of stakeholder management, communication skills and are able to balance risk.
We believe you bring:
Strong logical and analytical skills, ensuring that patterns can be understood and prevented
An ability to balance processing a large amount of data while also ensuring to pay attention to the details in the cases.
Familiarity with working with fraud or other financial crime systems, data analysis or complex case management handling.
An ability to work independently and manage multiple complex investigations simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, proficiency in Swedish or another Nordic language is considered an advantage
