What you'll be doing day to day
• Manage and maintain critical Network Services such as IPAM, DNS, and DHCP.
• Develop and implement Network Automation using tools like Ansible/AWX to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Integrate and maintain Network inventory through automation and APIs.
• Collaborate with internal network teams and external stakeholders to streamline service delivery and improve time-to-market.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and automation based on stakeholder feedback.
• Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.
You ideally have:
• Hands-on experience in Network Automation using Ansible and AWX.
• Proven experience in managing IPAM, DNS, and DHCP systems.
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) and experience in Linux environments (a plus).
• Experience working with Network APIs, and ideally, the ability to develop APIs for integration.

The Connectivity Services team consists of six engineers, and we are the backbone of IKEA’s global network, managing critical systems like DNS/DHCP, Network monitoring, Firewall Orchestration, and Network Inventory. As part of our small, autonomous team, you’ll drive innovation and automation while collaborating to solve challenges and improve our services. Job description
Handle cyber security incidents that are complex, major, or recurring.
Lead all phases of incident response across a global organization.
Report on the overall health and performance of incident response.
Write incident response documentation including plans, playbooks, and runbooks.
Develop automated incident response playbooks with SOAR.
Engineer threat detections with SIEM and XDR.

Desired candidate
Over 5 years working in a security operations role.
Experience with all or some of the following:
XDR, SIEM, and SOAR.
Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
Azure and Google Cloud.

A day in your life with us

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience working in Firewalls, Firewall management, and orchestration tools
